Chimei Innolux Corporation (hereafter called Chimei Innolux) M220ZGE-L20 is a 22.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product, with an incorporated WLED lighting system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. Based on datasheet with version of Ver2.0 which was released out on 9 14 2011, M220ZGE-L20 supports display 1680(RGB)×1050 (WSXGA+) with aspect ratio of 16:10 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 473.76(W)×296.1(H) mm, outline size of 493.7(W)×320.1(H) mm, viewing area size of 477.7(W)×300.1(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare (Haze 25%), Hard coating (3H), net weight of 2.10/2.25Kgs (Typ./Max.). As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, M220ZGE-L20 can provides 250 cd/m² display brightness 1000:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 85/85/80/80 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle , and response time of 1.3/3.7 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 72% (CIE1931). This product adopted 12S4P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type (Right side) and have a working life time of 40K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. M220ZGE-L20 utilizes LVDS (2 ch, 8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 30 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 5.0V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
